Our Strategy
Purchase
We purchase apartments, RV parks, and other commercial assets with very specific criteria. Our priority is ensuring cash flow for investors, while also looking for value-add components on these assets.
RENOVATIVE
After acquiring the asset, we execute our plan of new construction or renovation to force the asset to appreciate and increase operational efficiency. This can take up to two years.
EXIT
We target a 3-5 year hold and aim to sell if conditions are right. Our goal is to return investor capital and profit on a quick turnaround for future projects. We may also choose to refinance if our investors are in agreeance.

Our models take into account current and future market conditions while also being conservative. From there our team breaks the information down into a digestible format for investors.

With our experienced outreach and acquisitions team, we are consistently finding new deals for various asset classes. Our lead generation and follow up system nurtures seller relationships leading to successful business ventures and closings with investors.
Asset Management
We currently have more than $35MM AUM and boast over 5 years of experience in asset management. Our track record demonstrates that our budgets and forecasts are consistently within 1% of actuals, largely driven by our experienced partners and business plan.
